Privacy Policy

Ascerta (ascerta.co) is an early-access preview of a benefits reconciliation product. This site is a marketing and validation preview: it presents an interactive demo built on fictional data and lets you request early access. It does not process your payroll, HRIS or carrier data.

We keep the data we collect to the minimum this preview needs.

• Early-access details. If you request early access, we collect the email address you provide and anything you choose to tell us in the short survey.
• Product analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors move through the site and the demo, so we can improve it. This includes pages viewed, actions taken and general device and referrer information.
• Demo activity. The demo runs in your browser on fictional data. The changes you make inside it are not saved to our servers.

• To contact you about early access and product updates.
• To measure interest and improve the demo and the site.
• To understand who the product is for.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with the service providers that run this site on our behalf, such as our analytics provider (PostHog), our email provider (Resend) and our hosting providers. They process it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

We keep early-access details until the preview ends or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. To have your information removed, email us at privacy@ascerta.co.
